PiMagic Studio combined with AstroMagic for Photoshop work together to easily process your astro image data into TIFF files that are organized in a consistent and familiar format in Photoshop, ready for you to begin final edits.
Use the License Key to activate PiMagic for PixInsight (uncheck “Smart” mode to access the Tools tab). AstroMagic for Photoshop does not require separate activation.
Mac users: You also need to install and activate the RC-Astro stand-alone CLI tool. Details are available on the RC-Astro website. It’s free, and does not consume an installation license.
By far, the most common issue people encounter is either the repository download or license activation being bolcked by their computer’s firewall or antivirus software. The fix is to temporarily disable both in order to complete installation of PiMagic Studio.

PiMagic is a script for PixInsight that automates the complete PixInsight workflow and saves TIFF files that are ready to be combined in Photoshop.
AstroMagic is a custom tool palette for Photoshop that fully automates the tasks of loading multiple files and organizing them into the correct order and appropriate layer groups. At that point you’re ready to take charge of the creative process to fully bring your image to life.
